LNER

FREEDOM

Eleanor is back, and this time there's singing!

Working on this project involved seriously complex VFX both inside the train AND out. From removing the puppeteers to building a mile of British countryside in Unreal Engine, this was truly a 360º project.

Our VFX supervisor was on set to oversee the shoot on a true-to-life purpose-built LNER carriage and got to see Elenaor strut her stuff in person.

Eleanor is as charismatic as she is complex.  All credit to the puppet team, Talk to the Hand, for wonderful performance. We then took all of the plates and worked to integrate the exterior VFX plates with the footage captured on the carriage.

We even made an LNER videogame, but sadly, it isn't playable.
